About the Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as Operations Associate is all about keeping the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and ensure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you’re the one making sure everything runs smoothly—an essential part of the team’s success.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize the stockroom
- Manage inventory and process shipments
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing
- Handle E-comm orders and markdowns
- Support a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (fashion-related experience is a bonus)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proactive team player who takes ownership
- Customer-first mindset
- Tech-savvy with social media and mobile/computer skills
- Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
