About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as Operations Associate is all about keeping the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and make sure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you’re the one making sure everything runs smoothly—an essential part of the team’s success.

Responsibilities

• Manage the stockroom and ensure inventory is organized and moving efficiently.
• Process shipments and maintain stock levels on the sales floor.
• Assist with E-comm orders and markdowns to support a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold store operations and contribute to overall success.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (fashion-related experience is a bonus).
• Detail-oriented with a passion for organization.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership of tasks.
• Customer-first mindset—understanding that your work powers the experience.
• Tech-savvy with social media and mobile/computer skills.
• Flexible schedule availability (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Pay
