About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as Operations Associate is all about keeping the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and make sure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you’re the one making sure everything runs smoothly—an essential part of the team’s success.

Responsibilities

• Manage the stockroom and ensure efficient inventory movement
• Process shipments and maintain stock levels on the sales floor
• Handle E-comm orders and markdowns
• Support a seamless customer experience through back-of-house operations

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (fashion-related experience is a bonus)
• Detail-oriented with a passion for organization
• Proactive team player who takes ownership
• Customer-first mindset—understanding that your work powers the experience
• Tech-savvy with social media and mobile/computer skills
• Flexible schedule availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
