About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as Operations Associate is all about keeping the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and ensure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you’re the one making sure everything runs smoothly—an essential part of the team’s success.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the stockroom to ensure efficient inventory flow.
• Process shipments and manage inventory to keep the sales floor fully stocked.
• Assist with E-comm orders, markdowns, and other operational tasks.
• Support a seamless in-store experience for customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (fashion-related experience is a bonus).
• Detail-oriented with a passion for organization.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership of tasks.
• Customer-first mindset—understanding that your work powers the customer experience.
• Tech-savvy with strong mobile and computer skills; social media skills are a plus.
• Flexible schedule availability (evenings, weekends, holidays).
