Garage Door Technician

About the role

Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors. Conduct inspections to ensure safety and performance, document work with notes, photos, and diagrams, and communicate effectively with customers and team members. Identify customer needs and provide solution-oriented recommendations while promoting safety, teamwork, and professionalism. Continuously develop skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Adaptable and accountable
• Experience in garage door work is preferred
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
