Responsibilities

• Run your own service truck like it’s your business
• Serve a steady stream of customers
• Diagnose problems and provide professional solutions
• Educate homeowners so they can make confident decisions
• Deliver an experience that raises the bar in the home service industry

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and technical skills
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently
• Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time
• Able to work in the heat and cold, both outside and inside garages that may not be temperature-controlled
• Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and solve issues
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and able to serve our customers following our process

Pay

We offer competitive pay that will meet or beat any trade. After training, you will receive commissions on the work you complete. Most technicians make between $80,000 and $140,000 per year.
