Job Title
Payroll & Benefits Specialist
- Responsible for managing employee benefits and payroll processes
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws
- Processing employee timecards and deductions
- Preparing and filing payroll reports
- Providing guidance to employees on benefits and compensation issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll or benefits administration
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid California driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
