Job Title

Payroll & Benefits Specialist

• Responsible for managing employee benefits and payroll processes
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws
• Processing employee timecards and deductions
• Preparing and filing payroll reports
• Providing guidance to employees on benefits and compensation issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll or benefits administration
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Valid California driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
