About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Co-Manager is to promote a positive omni-channel shopping experience, build loyal client relationships, and produce outstanding business results by demonstrating great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You ensure maximizing the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.

Requirements

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or a related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience.
• Passion for fashion and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Social media skills, mobile device proficiency, and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or OpenOffice.
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs.
