About the Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Co-Manager is to promote a positive omnichannel shopping experience, build loyal client relationships, and produce outstanding business results by demonstrating great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You ensure maximizing the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

- Lead, recruit, train, and coach team members.

Requirements
- High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or a related discipline is an asset.
- 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience.
- Passion for fashion and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in social media, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or OpenOffice.
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs.
