Exciting Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to verify their information, gather medical history, and confirm their purpose of visit
• Efficiently enter patient information into our state-of-the-art EHR (EMA)
• Guide patients through their visit, ensuring they are comfortable and prepared for examinations
• Aid physicians during medical exams and procedures, making each patient’s experience seamless
• Schedule medical procedures with precision and care
• Provide essential instructions on medication usage and ensure patients feel empowered in their treatment
• Handle a variety of clinical tasks, including wound care, phlebotomy, and lab specimen collection
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring our medical supplies are always ready and available
• Receive one-on-one mentorship from our providers

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree
• Students interested in pursuing a career as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Pre-Med
• A passion for patient care and a self-motivated spirit
• A strong understanding of HIPAA regulations
• A collaborative team player ready to make a difference
