Exciting Responsibilities
- Engage with patients to verify their information, gather medical history, and confirm their purpose of visit
- Efficiently enter patient information into our state-of-the-art EHR (EMA)
- Guide patients through their visit, ensuring they are comfortable and prepared for examinations
- Aid physicians during medical exams and procedures, making each patient’s experience seamless
- Schedule medical procedures with precision and care
- Provide essential instructions on medication usage and ensure patients feel empowered in their treatment
- Handle a variety of clinical tasks, including wound care, phlebotomy, and lab specimen collection
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring our medical supplies are always ready and available
- Receive one-on-one mentorship from our providers
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree
- Students interested in pursuing a career as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Pre-Med
- A passion for patient care and a self-motivated spirit
- A strong understanding of HIPAA regulations
- A collaborative team player ready to make a difference
