About the role
As a Gaming Product Manager, you will be instrumental in defining and executing a comprehensive product strategy for the North American gaming market. This role focuses on creating a product strategy that aligns with company objectives, market opportunities, and financial targets. You will evaluate game providers, collaborate with internal teams to develop suitable games, and monitor the financial performance of the gaming division. You will work closely with senior leadership and global product teams, build partnerships with external stakeholders, and ensure effective product marketing. The role involves leveraging insights to enhance player engagement and retention while fostering a sense of community and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning. You will ensure all gaming product features and activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and drive a robust product strategy for North America, aligning with company objectives, market opportunities, and financial goals.
- Collaborate with global Gaming Product teams to define North American product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and identify growth opportunities within our gaming portfolio.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape in the US digital and land-based casino sectors, influencing stakeholders and suppliers to integrate these advancements into our offerings.
- Identify internal game development needs and formulate strategies to address skill gaps.
- Evaluate and recommend external game providers, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal user experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring our products address pain points and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Leverage player insights and analytics to enhance engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Partner with marketing teams to ensure effective promotion of games across all North American markets, tailoring strategies to local player preferences and optimizing campaigns across digital channels.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability by providing clear objectives, regular feedback, and support for professional development.
- Uphold the highest standards of compliance, ensuring all gaming product features meet legal and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, strategy, and delivery within the gaming or a related digital entertainment industry.
- Deep understanding of the North American digital and land-based casino markets, including industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000 annually.
