About the Jacksonville Jaguars: A professional football team and member of the NFL’s AFC South Division, the Jaguars began play in 1995 and have since won five division titles. Owned by Shahid Khan, the franchise has invested in Northeast Florida through stadium upgrades, Daily’s Place amphitheater, the Miller Electric Center performance facility, and the ongoing Jacksonville Shipyards revitalization. In 2024, the team announced plans for a reimagined Stadium of the Future that will host major events and secure the franchise in Jacksonville for generations.

About the role

An internship with the Jaguars offers meaningful, hands-on experience in professional sports and entertainment, designed to align with your academic and career goals. As the Game Presentation Intern, you will learn how an NFL gameday show is planned, built, and presented, gaining direct experience in the control room and editing suite while creating content for large-scale videoboards. This role works closely with the Senior Director of Gameday and Live Events and provides exposure to multiple positions within live sports production.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how an NFL gameday show is pre-planned, organized, constructed, and executed.
  • Support live game execution from inside the control room, adapting to changing priorities and situations.
  • Think creatively about gameday atmosphere and contribute through edited content.
  • Manage relationships across the organization to meet department goals and club needs.
  • Edit collaboratively with Motion Graphics Artists to achieve set goals.
  • Support music and audio planning for gameday in collaboration with football staff and Voice of the Fan data.
  • Assist with graphics and content workflow in Xpression graphic preparation, crafting, and accuracy proofing.
  • Help provide an enjoyable fan experience and atmosphere regardless of team performance.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree OR graduated within 18 months of the internship start date.
  • Experience in live event production, broadcast production, live sports, or related fields.
  • Eagerness to learn from others in multiple areas of live sports production.
  • Proficiency in editing fast-paced sports content in Adobe Premiere.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Availability to work on-site in Jacksonville, Florida for the entirety of the internship.
  • Ability to provide relevant work examples in the form of a reel or gallery.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excitement about live sports productions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in After Effects.
  • Experience in football, collegiate athletics, or professional sports environments.
  • Access to own transportation.
  • Familiarity with Ross Xpression or other Ross systems.
  • Knowledge of sponsorship activations in live sports environments.

Schedule

August 2026 through February 2027 (flexible); up to 40 hours per week.

Internships at the Jaguars are paid positions.
