Game Day Rep - Florida State University

The Role

THE ROLE PARTNERSHIP ACTIVATION – This role offers hands on experience executing game day sponsorship elements, including fan fest activations, in-venue promotions and other sponsor related components of game days.

HOSPITALITY – This role provides individuals with the opportunity to learn sports hospitality, focusing on the guest experience, game day set up and teardown, and the overall operation of the corporate hospitality area.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• PARTNERSHIP ACTIVATION: Setup on Fridays of home game weekends for the Ford Fan Fest
• Aid partners with activation load-in and load-out on game day
• Manage and track game day marketing assets and inventory
• Aid with corporate hospitality, in-game promotions, and other sponsor related activities
• Take Proof of Performance photos

• HOSPITALITY: Assist with load-in of caterers, arrange chairs, table and décor at corporate hospitality
• Staff and manage the entrance of the corporate hospitality tent
• Opportunity to work in-venue as suite attendant

Qualifications

• Must be either an undergraduate or graduate student at Florida State University
• Must be able to work all home football games
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High level of initiative, specifically in the areas of hospitality and service of the highest quality
• Strong focus on attention to detail
• Strong aptitude for learning, highly curious in what we do
• Desire to build a long-term career in sports marketing/partnerships
