Game-Day Merchandise Operations

Responsibilities

• Greet fans, answer product questions, and help with sizing or selections.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process card payments, and handle transactions accurately.
• Set up merchandise stands before hockey games or events and pack up inventory securely afterward.
• Restock shelves, track merchandise counts, and keep merchandise stands clean and organized.

Requirements

• Prior retail experience, POS knowledge, and in-person customer service experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours) and lift boxes weighing up to 25–30 pounds.
• Schedule flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on the team's home game schedule.
• General interest or background in hockey is a plus.
