The Ripken Experience Aberdeen is a premier baseball tournament destination that hosts teams and families from across the country. This fast-paced, high-energy environment relies on teamwork and great customer service to deliver unforgettable tournament experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the head operator of Game Changer for your assigned field for the duration of the Ripken National Qualifier
• Input lineups for both teams for all games at your assigned field
• Manage game play, outcomes, and lineup changes for both teams at your assigned field
• Accurately record score, counts per at bat, and play outcomes
• Maintain high attention to detail
• Adhere to the Ripken values and brand standards, ensuring a consistent representation of excellence
• Provide exceptional customer service with a high level of professionalism
• Be proactive in learning and demonstrating initiative, desire, and determination to champion the Ripken name and brand
• Work effectively with staff to achieve objectives and provide an extraordinary experience for participants
• Be considered for future Ripken Baseball events based on performance

Qualifications

• Previous Game Changer experience
• Ability and willingness to perform all job responsibilities physically
• Availability and ability to work in Aberdeen, MD
• Ability to work all dates and times

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a customer service environment
• Previous experience within the sports sector
• Genuine passion for sports, with a particular emphasis on baseball/softball
