Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Game Operations Manager in planning, implementing, and executing promotional themes, in-game entertainment, and intermission activities.
• Assist in creating game-day scripts and event time outlines.
• Support the production and execution of in-game promotional activities, including set-up, tear-down, selecting participants, arranging additional entertainment performers, and overseeing concourse tables.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with business partners involved in game-day promotions.
• Coordinate community events, which may or may not occur on game days.
• Assist Gladiators Event staff with distributing promotional giveaways.
• Support sales staff in executing game-day fan experiences.
• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality for attendees at Atlanta Gladiators home games.
• Represent the team at community events.
• Assist with general office and administrative duties.
• Attend all Atlanta Gladiators home games.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Current college students or recent graduates (local applicants preferred).
• Available to work all remaining home games during the 2026–27 season.
• Willing and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Energetic, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Experienced in skating (preferred but not required).
• Available for occasional office hours or events on non-game days.

This is an unpaid position.
