Responsibilities
- Warmly welcoming visitors to the gallery.
- Providing information about the current exhibition and the artist.
- Answering questions and engaging in conversation about the artwork on display.
- Maintaining awareness of visitors to ensure a controlled and respectful environment.
- Safeguarding the artwork to prevent any unauthorized handling or damage to the exhibition.
- Identifying existing and potential clients and notifying appropriate members of the Sales team.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate and interested in the arts/larger creative arena or is eager to learn. We welcome all individuals entering the workforce, those moving into a new stage of their career or vocation, making a change, returning to work, and those wanting to learn and grow within the industry.
Pay
$17/hour, overtime eligible.
Schedule
This position is full-time and temporary, running from October 27th to December 12th, 2026. Position hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Candidates will occasionally need to work additional hours.
