Location: Timken Aerospace, Keene, NH • Full Time • 2nd Shift
Schedule
Monday–Thursday 3:00 pm–1:00 am, Friday overtime day.
Pay
$27.00–$33.50 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Set up, issue, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot gages, measuring, and testing equipment.
- Review and interpret drawings, process sheets/routings, operating instructions, and specifications.
- Assist and instruct associates in the proper use of gages, measuring, and testing equipment.
- Maintain accurate and complete daily inspection records.
- Maintain work areas and equipment in a neat and orderly manner.
- Perform testing/inspections using various test instruments and processes following established plans to determine conformance to specifications.
- Process associated documents as required and specified.
- Perform all tasks accurately with attention to detail per drawings, specifications, or other operational instructions.
- Train other associates in safety, quality, inspection, testing, etc., as required.
- Handle regulated (i.e., hazardous/non-hazardous) waste in accordance with federal/state regulations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications, acceptance criteria, and engineering drawings.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with solid training and mentoring skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Situational/spatial awareness and strict adherence to PPE/safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Tooling and master selection/storage.
- Check-in/check-out of Gage Control System.
- Setup, adjust, and maintain ID/OD/TD/TL gages.
- Basic calibration (bore pin, micrometers, etc.).
- Basic gage maintenance (preferred).
- Set up and basic troubleshooting on manufacturing or assembly gages (preferred).
