Responsibilities
- Consistently demonstrate and incorporate principles of safety.
- Pick and pack orders to ensure proper pulling, packaging, and loading.
- Ensure all orders are loaded on the correct trailer with complete paperwork for shipping.
- Develop and maintain a clean, safe working environment and participate in safety programs and required trainings.
- Sort and move product interdepartmentally using material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, RF unit).
- Perform duties in a manner that promotes teamwork and supports department/company mission.
- Adhere to attendance policy and work a flexible schedule as needed.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
- Ensure inventory integrity and maintain high standards of safety, honor, and integrity.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support successful operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Warehouse hand-held ERP technology experience a plus but not required (training provided).
- Forklift certification or prior warehouse experience a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time.
