Duties & Responsibilities
- Follow all PPE policies and safety rules.
- Report to immediate supervisor for daily task briefing.
- Maintain good equipment maintenance and housekeeping.
- Verify and record production and findings in ERP System or required documents.
- Install specified drift mandrel and insert pipe into machine head.
- Full length test each joint and mark with appropriate bands.
- Check machinery for proper service before starting.
- Aid in repair and replacement of equipment during maintenance.
- Communicate with crew to achieve quality product.
- Assist in charging and discharging material on racks.
- Document and/or technical devices for production and findings.
- Communicate any problems with material and equipment to supervisor.
- Verify paperwork to perform job according to requirements.
Qualifications / Competencies
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- At least 1 year’s experience on the job, training is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge and experience within the OCTG pipe inspection industry is preferable but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of all applicable safety rules and regulations.
