Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing and positive environment for children and their families.
- Foster strong bonds and support comprehensive development in physical health, social-emotional growth, cognitive skills, and creative expression.
- Design and execute learning experiences aligned with GA Dept of Early Care and Learning standards and the GA Pre-K Curriculum.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor children's progress and tailor the curriculum to meet individual needs, including those with disabilities.
- Uphold health and safety protocols by adhering to strict hygiene, food handling, illness management, and child supervision procedures.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- At least two years of experience working with children in a formal educational setting.
- Knowledge of GA Dept of Early Care and Learning standards and the GA Pre-K Curriculum.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with child development and early childhood education best practices.
