GA/AL Enterprise GTM Lead
About the role
This role connects region or country-wide Capability strategy with market needs, acting as subject matter expert and thought leader at external events, and collaborating with industry partners to identify opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the Go-to-Market “GTM” focus within the Georgia/Alabama market to drive sales, pursuits, solutioning, and account management.
- Contributing to delivery in billable roles, recruitment, and operational aspects of the Capability and market, including:
- Capability Vision & Strategy
- Business Development & Sales
- Driving overall growth of the Georgia/Alabama Salesforce and overall Enterprise Business Applications Capability
- People Development
- Financial Management
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in a large consulting environment
- Deep understanding of the healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing and supply chain, public sector and financial services space, including current trends, growth opportunities, technology enablement, and regulations
- Expert business development and client management skills, including C-level relationships
- Track record of successfully implementing Salesforce cloud solutions
- Technical understanding of Salesforce with demonstrated understanding and experience with Salesforce architecture
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
- Exposure to Software Development Life Cycle methodologies
- Expert at program management and delivery
- Expert communication (verbal and written)
- Expert business operations (e.g., proposal development, SOWs, price modeling, margins, utilization)
- Skilled at managing multiple complex pursuits at once
- Excellent mentoring and leadership skills
- Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through
- Strong work ethic with the proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, highly innovative environment

For this position at the Director level the base salary pay range is $219,000-258,000 and the Sr Director level base salary pay range is $229,000-270,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
Pay
Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Director level the base salary pay range is $219,000-258,000 and the Sr Director level base salary pay range is $229,000-270,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
Schedule
The candidate for this position will be located in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
