About the role

Responsibilities

• Can provide product and scheduling assistance to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
• Take and make phone calls to document customer interactions.
• Explain HVAC and plumbing products to new and existing clients.

• Prior customer service experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• A detail-oriented and organized personality.
• A self-motivated and independent worker.
• The ability to quickly adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
