FX PB Client Services Associate

About the role

Join us as a FX Prime Brokerage Client Services Associate within our Prime Brokerage Client Service team. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external clients, acting as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of client accounts. This is a fast-paced front office role focused on providing proactive, high-quality client service and customer experience, with an emphasis on personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-to-back coverage for allocated Prime Brokerage clients, leading client integration and managing all daily transactional activity, including booking, monitoring for exceptions, and matching.
• Monitor client limit utilization and increases where necessary.
• Escalate high-risk issues that could negatively impact client relationships or potential bank risk.
• Regularly review client processes and structures, providing updates to sales and management on potential issues, efficiencies, and changes.
• Coordinate the onboarding processes across Legal, Credit, Collateral, Sales, and Product teams.

Requirements

• High analytical and numerate skills with experience in a finance or banking environment.
• Good understanding of FX products, including cash FX, vanilla options, and exotic options.
• Previous experience working in a client-facing role or financial services industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to promote a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Solid planning and organizational skills.

Pay

The expected base annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $130,000 at the start of employment. Exact compensation is determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and location.
