Client Services Associate

About the role

This is an entry-level, on-site position that provides responsive, relationship-focused service to clients through direct communication and onsite support. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others. On-site role. Regular face-to-face interaction is a core part of the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with questions, requests, and solutions
• Conduct face-to-face client interactions and meetings
