The JumpStart RN Program allows you to secure a full-time Registered Nurse role before graduation while receiving monthly financial support during the final months of your nursing program. How the JumpStart Program Works

• Apply to an open RN position in the specialty or unit that interests you.
• Interview with nursing leadership.
• Receive a job offer and sign a JumpStart agreement. Your position will be reserved for you until after graduation.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
• Expected graduation within approximately 9 months
• Eligible to work as a Registered Nurse upon successful completion of the program and licensure requirement

Financial Support

• Participants receive monthly payments beginning with their JumpStart agreement and continuing through one month after graduation, for a maximum of 9 months.
• This support is designed to help nursing students focus on their education while preparing for a successful transition into professional practice.

After Graduation

• Upon Graduation, Participants Will Submit NCLEX and Iowa Board of Nursing fee receipts for reimbursement
• Complete the NCLEX-RN examination and obtain RN licensure
• Transition into their full-time Registered Nurse position
• Begin their nursing career with a team committed to professional growth and development
