Shift Description
Earn a $2,000 monthly stipend while you finish the last 9 months of your RN education. MercyOne will reimburse your board and licensure fees. Once you have your licensure, start your career with MercyOne (18-month retention requirement).

Essential Functions
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- In the final semester of school in eligible position
- Pass boards within 6 months of graduation
- Sign the Program Agreement and return before any payments are processed
- Work for at least 18 months post licensure
