About the role
The Future Professional Advisor plays a crucial role in creating and maintaining a positive and safe learning environment at Paul Mitchell The School Boise. They act as a liaison between the management team and the student body, serving as a coach and accountability buddy for Future Professionals.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a positive and safe learning environment
- Act as the liaison between the management team and the student body
- Coach and provide accountability to Future Professionals
- Maintain consistency with school policies and systems
- Support students and staff
- Game plan for improvement when necessary
- Monitor all school and student programs
- Create and manage the education calendar, clinic floor staffing calendar, and annual team education training calendar
Requirements
- Strong advising and/or education background
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
- Skills in supervision, teamwork, and documentation
- Solid work history with verifiable references
- Honesty and professionalism
