Paul Mitchell The School Coeur d'Alene is seeking a qualified Future Professional Advisor to join our family! Responsibilities

• Acts as the liaison between the management team and the student body.
• Serves as a coach and accountability buddy for Future Professionals throughout their time in school.
• Helps Future Professionals stay on track with attendance, academics, and overall school performance requirements.
• Monitors all school and student programs.
• Creates and manages the education calendar, the clinic floor staffing calendar, and the annual team education training calendar.
• Maintains consistency with the school's policies and systems.
• Provides support for students and staff.
• Develops game plans for improvement when necessary.

Requirements

• Strong advising and/or education background.
• Passion for the role and the beauty industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High level of commitment.
• Ability to guide and motivate others.

Skills

• Experience in a cosmetology school is preferred.
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills.
• Skills in supervision, teamwork, and documentation.
• Solid work history with verifiable references.
• Honesty and professionalism.
