Future Opening: The Little Gym Director of Irvine

Key Responsibilities

• Establish Operational Foundation: Partner with owners to define and implement all crucial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for scheduling, enrollment, cash management, and facility flow prior to opening.
• Execute the pre-opening marketing plan to drive initial enrollment.
• Establish strong community relationships and local partnerships to ensure a successful launch.
• Sell The Little Gym program to new customers and manage initial enrollment projections.
• Hire the entire founding staff, including Instructors and Administrative personnel.
• Develop a strategic staffing schedule to meet launch demand.
• Design and lead the comprehensive initial training program for all new team members.
• Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including class scheduling, customer retention efforts, and financial reporting.
• Maintain facility and equipment to ensure a clean, fun, and safe environment for children and staff.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Management experience leading a team and responsible for revenue and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of hiring, training, and motivating staff.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Great attitude and strong work ethic.
• Loves to have fun and finds joy in making others smile.
• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus.
