About the Role

British Swim School is looking for enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team. While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• You will receive in-depth online and hands-on training that will stay with you the rest of your professional career
• You will receive PTO, plus paid birthday PTO, and potentially reimburse your lifeguard certification
• You have to be able to work regularly on a weekend

Requirements

• You've got to love working with children
• You need to be upbeat and ready to enjoy having fun at work
