Responsibilities
- Lead daily junk removal jobs and work alongside the crew
- Deliver great customer experiences and handle issues quickly
- Dispatch and track trucks; coordinate with scheduling
- Train, coach, and hold team members accountable
- Enforce safety standards and company procedures
- Track jobs, hours, and basic daily paperwork
Requirements
- 3+ years in junk removal, knowledge of the area and industry
- Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors
- Strong communication, reliability, and leadership skills
Qualifications
- Full-time availability, including some Saturdays and on-call coverage
