Job Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate group sessions, conduct client intakes, provide transportation as needed, observe clients, chart and report changes in clients' conditions, collect UA samples, educate clients regarding prescriptions and medication management, measure and record vital signs, ensure accurate documentation, communicate with physicians for medical clearance, observe client concerns, recommend emergency medical care, perform inventory checks, maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, ADA and Joint Commission policies and procedures, attend in-service training, assist with prescription refills, assist with making medical appointments, coordinate transportation for appointments/labs.
