We are hiring an experienced Sushi Chef to join our fast-paced sushi restaurant, Sushi Tokyo, located at Kings Highway, Brooklyn, NY.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve sushi dishes with speed and accuracy
- Handle fish cutting with knife skills and knowledge of fish cutting
- Contribute to the restaurant's success by maintaining high standards of quality and service
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sushi chef experience
- Brooklyn resident preferred
- Long commute times may interfere with work performance and availability
