Future Opening: Dispatcher/Scheduling Coordinator
Position Summary
The Dispatcher / Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for keeping the daily schedule organized, bookable, and efficient. This role manages incoming calls, web leads, customer scheduling, crew assignments, route adjustments, and end-of-day readiness so that our crews can serve customers well and stay productive.

Physical Requirements
- Walk around trucks or containers to check status
- Communicate with crews in the field
- Look at photos or job details to help estimate job needs
- Absorb basic office or operations tasks as needed
Work Environment
This role works closely with the owner, crews, estimators, drivers, call center, and customers. The environment is fast-moving, and priorities can change quickly throughout the day. The right person will be able to stay calm, communicate clearly, and keep the day moving even when plans shift. This job can be conducted at home with occasional in-person meetings or truck inspections.
Summary
The Dispatcher / Scheduling Coordinator is a key part of the operations team. This person protects the schedule, supports the crews, serves the customers, and helps the company capture revenue by being responsive and organized.
