This position is hybrid with required days in the office. We're looking for a candidate with a desire to provide fun, positive, results-driven therapy to a diverse clientele. You'll have knowledge and expertise in providing outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and family systems. Responsibilities

  • Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans.
  • Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR.
  • A minimum of 105 client sessions per month to a diverse population of clients (with the ability to see more if desired).
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Care coordination for assigned clients to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.
  • Community involvement and engagement.
  • A sense of humor and desire to have fun in the workplace.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • On track to obtain licensure in your designated field (LAPC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Full clinical licensure preferred.
  • Experience completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • General knowledge of community resources and insurance billing.
  • General knowledge of Apple products, EHR (Valant is a plus!), Telehealth, and other software platforms.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to come into the office in Monroeville, PA at least part of the week.
