About the role

The Furnace Tender - Aluminum Division operates third shift. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining furnace equipment in an aluminum production facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor furnace equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Maintain and perform routine maintenance on furnace systems.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues with furnace equipment.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of aluminum production processes.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay
