Responsibilities

• Converse with advanced language models on lab scenarios and theoretical fungal pathogen questions.
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses.
• Capture reproducible error traces during interactions.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• A PhD degree in microbiology, medical mycology, pathology, or a closely related life-science field (ideally).
• Peer-reviewed publications, clinical or lab experience with fungal pathogens, or fieldwork in mycological surveillance.
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills.

Qualifications

Expertise in fungal pathogens, medical mycology, antifungal resistance, host-fungus interactions, fungal virulence mechanisms, environmental reservoirs, and clinical diagnostics.

Skills

• Advanced understanding of fungal biology and pathogenesis.
• Experience with high-quality training data for AI models.
• Knowledge of laboratory techniques and diagnostic methods relevant to fungal pathogens.
• Ability to document and analyze failure modes in AI model responses.

Benefits
