About the role
We are looking for an experienced investment sales and fundraising professional to help build our investment funds in the United States. Green Earth has already built a successful platform in Europe, with strong investor demand for nature-based investments, carbon credits, green bonds, and project funds. Our investment products have gained traction with investors seeking attractive financial returns alongside measurable environmental impact. The opportunity is clear: we have the track record, the project pipeline, the investment proposition, and the operational platform. We are now looking for the right person to help open the U.S. investor market.
Responsibilities
- Help introduce our investment funds to qualified U.S. investors and capital partners.
- Identify and approach potential investors, manage the commercial sales process, build trust with investor networks, explain the investment proposition clearly, and help convert qualified interest into commitments.
- Work closely with the Green Earth team, but this is not a purely internal sales role. Bring your own initiative, network, commercial drive, and market knowledge to help build the U.S. fundraising engine from the ground up.
Requirements
- Has a strong existing network in the U.S. investment market.
- Understands fundraising, private funds, alternative investments, or impact investing.
- Can access qualified investors, family offices, RIAs, wealth managers, placement agents, or other capital introducers.
- Comfortable helping build a young but ambitious U.S. investment platform.
- Wants a commercial role with meaningful performance-based upside.
- Proactive, independent, and highly results-oriented.
- Communicates professionally and credibly with sophisticated investors.
- Understands that trust, follow-up, and credibility are essential in investment sales.
- Confident picking up the phone, opening conversations, and creating momentum.
- Wants to help build something significant, not just manage an existing pipeline.
