Core Requirements

• Strong background in fundraising, investor relations, venture capital, private equity, corporate finance, or investment banking
• Expertise in evaluating pitch decks, investment materials, financial projections, and fundraising narratives
• Proficiency with presentation tools, spreadsheets, and collaborative documentation platforms
• Ability to assess complex investor-facing artifacts with consistency and precision
• Clear written communication and strong analytical judgment
