About the Role
This is an unpaid internship. The Family Resource Network is seeking a qualified Development/Fundraising Intern to join our Development team. This position is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world non-profit experience while working closely with the Special Events Manager and other team members. This is a remote role with required in-office and community presence based on the event calendar.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of 2026 special events (listed below)
- Help secure event sponsorships and donations
- Research potential sponsors and assist with grant applications
- Draft donor acknowledgement and thank-you letters
- Provide day-of-event support and assist with fundraising projects
- Assist in managing the back-end of OneCause (ticketing, registration, and reporting)
