Fundraising and Development Internship

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Program Coach. This role involves developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to increase donations and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance program effectiveness and impact.
• Manage donor relationships and stewardship efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fundraising and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fundraising or development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience working with nonprofits preferred.
• Knowledge of grant writing and proposal development.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with donors and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually.

Schedule

Part-time position, 20 hours per week.
