About the Role
Responsible for funding Consumer (Non-RE), Commercial & Industrial, and Commercial RE loan types. Provides efficient and professional service to the lending staff in the banking centers.
Responsibilities
- Fund loans including collateral types such as:
- Business Assets
- Borrowing Base Financings
- Aircraft
- Oil & Gas – Energy
- Real Estate
- Consumer (non-RE)
- General knowledge of Article 9 Uniform Credit Code
- General knowledge of Real Estate Perfection
- Familiarity with various bank loan regulations
- Familiarity with Accounting terms (debits, credits, general ledger)
- Maintain current and well-prepared documentation and organization skills
- Maintain a professional attitude and collaborative relationship with lending staff in banking centers
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Required knowledge of Loan Document, Funding, and Commercial Real Estate
- Prior experience in a financial institution is helpful
- Collateral documentation experience in credit, loan servicing, or administration operations covering 5 – 7 years of technical expertise encompassing UCC and perfection documents for business purpose credits

- Physical Strength: Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. Able to interpret technical instructions and deal with multiple variables
- Mathematics Ability: Ability to compute discount, interest, profit and loss, commission, markup, selling price, ratio, proportion, and percentage. Able to perform very simple algebra
- Language Ability: Ability to read periodicals, journals, manuals, dictionaries, thesauruses, and encyclopedias
Schedule
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
