About the Role

Responsible for funding Consumer (Non-RE), Commercial & Industrial, and Commercial RE loan types. Provides efficient and professional service to the lending staff in the banking centers.

Responsibilities

• Fund loans including collateral types such as:
  • Business Assets
  • Borrowing Base Financings
  • Aircraft
  • Oil & Gas – Energy
  • Real Estate
  • Consumer (non-RE)
• General knowledge of Article 9 Uniform Credit Code
• General knowledge of Real Estate Perfection
• Familiarity with various bank loan regulations
• Familiarity with Accounting terms (debits, credits, general ledger)
• Maintain current and well-prepared documentation and organization skills
• Maintain a professional attitude and collaborative relationship with lending staff in banking centers

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Required knowledge of Loan Document, Funding, and Commercial Real Estate
• Prior experience in a financial institution is helpful
• Collateral documentation experience in credit, loan servicing, or administration operations covering 5 – 7 years of technical expertise encompassing UCC and perfection documents for business purpose credits

• Mathematics Ability: Ability to compute discount, interest, profit and loss, commission, markup, selling price, ratio, proportion, and percentage. Able to perform very simple algebra
• Language Ability: Ability to read periodicals, journals, manuals, dictionaries, thesauruses, and encyclopedias

Schedule

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
