  • Become a trusted advisor respected for deep expertise in finance, credit, and business growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree—preferably in business administration or finance
  • 2+ years of experience in business funding consulting, credit stacking, corporate banking, consulting, private equity, or another fast-paced, client-facing role
  • Familiarity with credit, lending, or financing processes; understanding of a P&L is essential
  • Shared values: ownership, integrity, perseverance, innovation, and humility
  • English fluency—native or near-native with no strong foreign accent

Tools

  • Google Workspace
  • Excel
  • Zoom
  • Slack
  • ChatGPT

Success metrics

  • 10+ clients fulfilled and their success fees collected per month
  • 95%+ of clients hit funding milestones within projected timelines
  • Trustpilot rating ≥ 4.5 and 10% referral rate for your clients

Why you shouldn’t apply

  • You want a cushy, comfortable client-support job to pay your bills
  • You are frequently overwhelmed with life
  • You switch jobs at the first feedback
  • You need rigid, pre-built systems of a big company to feel safe
  • You require an office with on-site management to stay productive
  • You cannot have hard conversations with clients in a respectful, caring way
  • You do not enjoy integrating into a team and contributing to company culture

Schedule

  • 40–50 hour work week, Monday–Friday, US hours
  • Remote
  • Up to four one-week business trips per year

Benefits

  • Base salary: $60,000
  • On-target earnings with variable tied to clients fulfilled and referrals
  • Good performer target: $106,000 (achievable after 6 months)
  • High performer target: $163,000 (achievable from year two)
  • Flexible remote work within US hours
  • W-2 conversion after 6 months (first six months 1099/contract)
  • MBA-level finance and consulting education
  • Leadership track available in under two years for high performers
  • Company retreats

Timeline

  • Onboarding: one-week in-person session in Munich, Germany or New Jersey, USA
  • Ramp-up: two weeks to receive first clients; ~6 months to full productivity
