About the role
This is a professional consulting role with full ownership of client success. You will guide 40–60 clients at a time through credit repair, credit optimization, and the funding process with partner banks, ensuring accountability and deep care for their results.
Responsibilities
- Own the client journey from onboarding through funding milestones
- Maintain strong accountability and structured checkpoints while delivering radical candor with care
- Anticipate bottlenecks and address missing details before they derail progress
- Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust, authentic care, and clear communication
- Become a trusted advisor respected for deep expertise in finance, credit, and business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree—preferably in business administration or finance
- 2+ years of experience in business funding consulting, credit stacking, corporate banking, consulting, private equity, or another fast-paced, client-facing role
- Familiarity with credit, lending, or financing processes; understanding of a P&L is essential
- Shared values: ownership, integrity, perseverance, innovation, and humility
- English fluency—native or near-native with no strong foreign accent

- 10+ clients fulfilled and their success fees collected per month
- 95%+ of clients hit funding milestones within projected timelines

Schedule
- 40–50 hour work week, Monday–Friday, US hours

- On-target earnings with variable tied to clients fulfilled and referrals
- Good performer target: $106,000 (achievable after 6 months)
- High performer target: $163,000 (achievable from year two)

Timeline
