Fund Regulatory Reporting Specialist (Compliance Department)

Location: Warrendale, PA (Hybrid in-office work schedule)

About the role

As a Fund Regulatory Reporting Specialist within the Compliance Department, you will administer the process to create and file monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports as required. Contribute to the regulatory filing calendar and ensure changes in Federated Hermes products are reflected in the regulatory filing process. Participate in filing workflows in the filing vendor application. Assist in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures designed to ensure accurate and complete regulatory filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent business experience
• 3 years of business experience required
• Experience working in accounting, mutual fund industry, or legal/compliance is preferred
