About the role
The Fund Partnerships Manager is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with institutional investors and strategic partners, supporting capital-raising initiatives, and contributing to the firm’s fund-level growth strategy. This role involves close collaboration with investment teams, origination specialists, and senior leadership to identify partnership opportunities, optimize fund positioning, and enhance investor engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, fund-of-funds, family offices, and strategic partners
- Support fundraising and capital deployment initiatives across multiple fund strategies
- Collaborate with investment teams to assess market trends, fund performance, and partnership opportunities
- Prepare investor presentations, marketing materials, and detailed fund reports
- Track and report on capital commitments, investor activity, and fund performance metrics
- Aid in investor onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing relationship management
- Maintain CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor fund-level investor engagement
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on fund positioning and partnership strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of private capital markets, fund structures, and institutional investors
- Experience in business development, investor relations, or fund partnerships preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- An analytical mindset with ability to translate investor insights into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms; familiarity with fund reporting tools is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- A strong interest in private capital, fund partnerships, and institutional growth initiatives
