Fund Finance Associate Attorney (Junior to Mid-Level)

About the role

The role involves working on complex fund finance matters, representing major financial institutions in both single-lender and syndicated transactions. You will get direct client exposure and hands-on mentorship from leading partners in the field.

Responsibilities

• Structuring and negotiating debt finance transactions
• Representing lenders working with private equity and venture capital funds
• Reviewing diligence and limited partnership agreements
• Collaborating with a national team across multiple offices
• Managing multiple deals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience handling debt finance transactions
• Exposure to lender-side representation and fund structures (preferred but not required)
• Skilled in drafting and negotiating loan documentation
• Sharp communication and analytical skills
• High attention to detail, with a team-first mindset

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have a law degree and be eligible to practice law in Massachusetts. Additionally, candidates should have a strong foundation in debt finance and an interest in private equity/venture capital structures.

Pay

Salary (Boston, MA): $235,000 – $260,000
