About the role
The role involves working on complex fund finance matters, representing major financial institutions in both single-lender and syndicated transactions. You will get direct client exposure and hands-on mentorship from leading partners in the field.
Responsibilities
- Structuring and negotiating debt finance transactions
- Representing lenders working with private equity and venture capital funds
- Reviewing diligence and limited partnership agreements
- Collaborating with a national team across multiple offices
- Managing multiple deals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience handling debt finance transactions
- Exposure to lender-side representation and fund structures (preferred but not required)
- Skilled in drafting and negotiating loan documentation
- Sharp communication and analytical skills
- High attention to detail, with a team-first mindset
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have a law degree and be eligible to practice law in Massachusetts. Additionally, candidates should have a strong foundation in debt finance and an interest in private equity/venture capital structures.
