Fund Finance Associate

Responsibilities

• Advises clients on a variety of fund finance transactions including syndicated lending, leverage finance, NAV financings, CLOs, and acquisition financings.
• Engages in client interactions, working closely with bank, asset manager, and lending clients.
• Drafts, reviews, and negotiates financing documents.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in syndicated lending, commercial lending, leverage finance, fund formation, CLOs, asset-based lending, NAV financings, or acquisition financings.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong law firm legal experience.
• Ability to work effectively with clients and team members.

Pay

Base Salary Range: £260,000 – £420,000/year (depending on experience and location).
