About the role

Well-known middle market financial services organization seeks a Fund Associate due to internal promotion. The position is ideal for individuals currently working at a Fund Administrator who wish to transition in-house.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio managers and analysts in managing fund operations
• Prepare and review documentation related to fund transactions
• Manage investor communications and reporting
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence

Requirements

• 3-6 years of Fund Administration experience
• Prominent communication skills
• Strong understanding of financial markets and regulations
• Chicago-local preference, but relocation may be considered for exceptional candidates

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with fund administration software

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
