Fund Accountant III

About the role

This role is responsible for monitoring the full ETF NAV lifecycle, ensuring accuracy across financial reporting, reconciliations, and client deliverables while partnering closely with internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of the ETF NAV lifecycle, ensuring accuracy of fund activity, pricing, and reporting outputs.
• Monitor cash and asset reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and manage exception resolution and escalation.
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to operational and reporting-related questions.
• Support preparation and validation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with internal controls and client expectations.
• Assist in onboarding new funds and supporting ongoing fund lifecycle activities across ETF products.
• Partner with NAV production teams, operations, and client service groups to ensure seamless execution of daily deliverables.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy and control across deliverables, supporting audit inquiries and remediation efforts where needed.
• Utilize Excel to analyze data, validate outputs, and support reporting and reconciliation processes.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 2-5+ years of experience in fund accounting, ETF operations, or financial services
• Understanding of fund accounting concepts and NAV calculation processes
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet daily deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Experience supporting Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) (nice-to-have)
• Familiarity with fund accounting platforms such as InvestOne (nice-to-have)
• Knowledge of financial instruments and markets (nice-to-have)
